Glass pearls have a higher mass than the commonly used plastic poly pellets filling, so we need less to give the blanket its weight. In addition, the glass pearls are also a lot better heat -controlled than plastic poly pellets, making the Nevali weight -blanket in terms of heat comparable with a normal comforter!
4. lasts longer and distributes the weight optimally The weighting blanket lasts longer due to two extra layers inside the blanket. These two layers ensure that the filling stays in place and does not 'leak' through the outer layers of cotton. Of course you don't want to wake up with all the glass pearls in your bed. During our tests with a 5-layer design (which most of the weight blankets have) this unfortunately emerged, which is why we deliberately opted for a 7-layer design.
Our stitched boxes on the blanket are also smaller than those of other providers. The glass pearls can therefore slide less and therefore stay in place better. This means that the weight remains optimally distributed, and not sinking to one side at night.

➜ How do I use the weakness blanket?
Just like a normal comforter! You can use the weighting blanket (with a duvet cover) as a replacement for your normal comforter, or in combination with your normal comforter. If you use it in combination, it doesn't matter if you put the weight blanket farmer your comforter. As long as the weight rests on your body you will notice the effect.
➜ Is such a heavy blanket not too hot?
Our weighting blanket is thinner than an average comforter, and also well heat -guiding through the filling that we use. In terms of heat, we often compare it with a normal comforter. With 35 degrees Celsius you don't want to be under it, but the same applies to your normal comforter. For most people, the Nevali weight blanket can therefore be used almost all year round!
