Heavyness = heat? Not with our blanket! By using glass pearls such as filling, the Nevali blanket is heat -guiding. Our glass pearls are 0.8mm in size and so processed in the blanket that you will not feel or hear them. The blanket is thinner than an average comforter, and therefore suitable for every season (even summer).
3. The weight is optimally used for longerYour Nevali blanket lasts longer. This is due to the two extra layers of polyester that we have added in the blanket. These layers ensure that the filling stays in place and does not 'leak' through the outer layers of cotton. Of course you don't want to wake up with all the glass pearls in your bed. During our tests with a 5-layer design, this unfortunately emerged, which is why we deliberately opted for a 7-layer design.
Our stitched boxes on the blanket are also smaller than those of other providers. The glass pearls can therefore slide less and therefore stay in place better. This means that the weight remains optimally distributed, and not sinking to one side at night.

➜ Is this blanket suitable for my child?
We recommend the Nevali children's weight blanket for children between 20 and 35 kilos. Is your child heavier than 45 kilos? Then we recommend that you take a look at our 7 kilos of weighting blanket.
➜ Is 100 by 150 cm not too small for a child?
We recommend using a normal comforter in combination with the weight blanket. The weighting blanket can be directly on the child, or on top of the normal comforter.
A normal duvet of 100 by 150 cm could indeed be too small for your child, but with a weighting blanket this is slightly different. The intention is that your child is located under almost the entire surface of the dean. In this way the full 3 kilos is on the child and this weight is optimally used. If a weighting blanket is larger, it is very difficult to choose the right weight, since you thaw ies knows how much weight will be on your child.
➜ My child does not sleep better immediately, does the blanket not work for him/her?
With weighting blankets there is often a habituation period. The body is not yet used to the pressure of the blanket over a longer period (one night). So the body has to get used to this. That can sometimes be accompanied by mild complaints such as muscle pain or a poorer night's sleep for the first few nights. But, not to worry, this doesn't last long. For most people, this takes some getting used to one to two weeks.
