Due to the fully cast iron pan, there is the same amount of heat from each side when eating. Due to the hot steam juices on the inside of the lid, the meat will be dripped. This makes you assured of tender meat, which does not dry out!

Note: If you want to move the cast iron pan, you should never move it. This must always be moved slightly. Shipping can create scratches on the pan (s), your hob or kitchen top. Therefore, be extra careful and always lift the pan.We recommend that you carefully read the Daumonet manual for use.
